Mordor
The Mordor core faction has a good assortment of basic orc units and powerful trolls, but no cavalry, and only one semi-elite unit. of course for a suffiecient pric Sauron himself will come out and fight, and for an even bigger price he can be upgraded with the one ring, for mace wielding, army killing fun. Minas Morgul gives you higher grade orc units, and the Witchking. Cirith Ungol gives Mordor the nearest thing it has to cavalry (spiderlings) the elite black uruks, and of course, Shelob herself. Last but by no means least comes the Dol Guldur minifaction, and its "Thrall Master" style Necromancers Apprentice, a unit which can summon skeletal warriors, archers or pikemen, whic will be bound to his will (think of this as a preview of the undead themed Dol Guldur faction in the Quest of Erebor, the apprentice will be that factions weakest unit)
